How do I renew my Live Well Membership?

Renewing your Live Well Membership is the same process as purchasing it new. Live Well does not have automatic renewals, you must "re-purchase" your membership each year.

To renew:

1. Login to your Live Well Account with your current username and password.

2. Click on the store, then choose the membership you wish to renew.

Coaches renewing for $299: Choose the $499 membership, and use code renew299 to bring your price to $299 (you will have to enter the code twice). The code is for full payments of $299. Proceed to checkout as normal. THIS CODE WILL ONLY WORK FOR RENEWALS. Please do not try to use it for a first-time purchase as it will freeze your account.

Please note: If you renew after you have expired, the system will still disable your personal live well website. Be sure to check that it is still working and let us know if it is not so we can fix it.

(Hint: Do not add a middle initial during the checkout process as it will disable your personal website. You can fix this under Account Details once you login if you need to.)
