Her life-long commitment to health and fitness – her own as well as others' – gives her an appreciation of how abundance and joy in life are the result of healthy living in body, mind and spirit.

Claire's Coaching Philosophy

There are so many ways to be healthy and finding the way that's right for you can be fun and creative. Since health is the cornerstone of everything we do, it's vital that we do, indeed, find a way that works for us. Health is the product of many factors – whatever is happening in, on and around your body – and this provides the playing ground for where to make changes and improvements that are perfect for you. This integrative dynamic is what makes great health a possibility for everyone. Health is a fun and creative process with endless possibilities for ways to get healthy and stay that way.

The Integrative Health Approach

In her integrative health coaching practice, Claire works directly with individuals to help them make nutrition and lifestyle changes so they can enjoy optimal health every day. The first focus is nutrition because that usually is where people need to make improvements and also where results are seen and felt the fastest. From there, she expands to what she calls zero-calorie nutrition. This includes physical movement, self-care practices and environmental factors – this is the integrative aspect of her work. Integrative health looks at food as one aspect of heath and various elements of lifestyle as equally important in achieving optimal health.

The ultimate goal is for her clients to leave the program with a set of skills they will be able to use for the rest of their lives.
