About Debbie Michalski

Health and nutrition has always been an important part of my life. I believe in living a balanced lifestyle which includes:
1. Eating right
2. Exercise
3. Proper supplementation
4. Eliminating stress

Most people don't give their health a second thought..…until it's gone! Health becomes important after a sickness or a degenerative disease is discovered. It has become my passion to change that way of thinking. I want to teach people how to become proactive with their health. Becoming a Certified Lifestyle Coach has allowed me to help others regain their health by educating them on a proper diet, exercise, and cellular nutrition.
