Hello,

My name is Jackie and I welcome you to my site. I must share with you that before Usana Health Sciences, Healthy For Life Program and Live Well I was searching for good health. I was searching for a way to get back into shape before I had children and before years of poor diet took my health away.

Personally, I didn't know my diet was as poor as it was! I didn't know that what I was eating could cause over 70 degenerative diseases amongst adults and children! I didn't know how absolutely crucial it was to use cellular supplementation for true health! I didn't know about insulin resistance, the true cause of heart disease or that our children are becoming rapidly obese and that childhood diabetes and obesity is being accepted as the norm. I didn't know that I could gain control over all of it and you can to.

After being introduced to Usana products I decided I had nothing to lose so I gave them a try, but I was also given the direction to information and training on nutrition and supplementation that I had never heard before. Information that was easy to understand and has dramatically changed my life and given me back my health. Information and products that has changed the way my whole family eats and essentially lives. Since beginning Usana supplementation and the Healthy for Life Program along with RESET from Usana my husband and I have have been able to reach our ideal weight goals and maintain them. We have regained our energy, our vitality and we have sparked a passion to help others do the same.

With Live Well we have received the training and support for our Usana business and training for all our new associates which enables all of us to share this information with as many people as we possibly can.

You see, it really comes down to commitment and choices on a daily basis. I have a passion to get this information to anyone connected with children. Because if we don't teach what is happening to our bodies from our diets and our environment our children and the next generation will unfortunately suffer from degenerative disease worse than any generation that has come to pass. As parents and the adults that children look up to, my husband and I feel we must lead by example and give other parents, teachers, grandparents, anybody the tools they need to succeed in obtaining True Health to pass on to future generations.
