By using this web site you, the user or Live Well International Member, as the case may be ("Member"), are agreeing to be bound by the current version of the terms of use provided herein. If you are a USANA Independent Associate, your use of this Web Site also constitutes your acceptance of the current USANA Policies & Procedures for Associates.
Use of Material
All materials included on the Live Well International Web Site are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws and are the property of Live Well International, LLC, unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use of such materials may violate copyright, trademark and other laws. You may download and print portions of the materials for non-commercial and informational use, and for your use only. Copies that you make of the material must bear any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices located on the Live Well International Web Site, which pertain to the material being copied. Any other sale, modification, reproduction, re-distribution, publication or re-transmission of any information from the Live Well International Web Site, in whole or in part without the prior written permission Live Well International, LLC is prohibited.
Use License

Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Upon termination or suspension, regardless of the reasons therefore, your right to use the services available on this site immediately ceases, and you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or this site. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection with such termination or suspension.
Security and Password
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and account details, and for any and all statements made and acts or omissions that occur through the use of your password and account. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain access to your password and account. You may not transfer or share your account with anyone, and we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account if you do transfer or share your account.
Membership Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Live Well International does not offer a monthly membership option. All memberships are purchased on an annual basis. However, you can choose to split your annual payment into 12 monthly payments if you would like. Just click on the Monthly Payment Option under each type of membership in the Live Well Store to make monthly payments on your annual membership.
Your Live Well International Membership provides a unique training system and all files, training systems and webcasts can be accessed immediately upon purchase. For this reason, Live Well Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. However, you can choose not to renew your annual membership.
Other Services
Live Well International does not give tax, legal, accounting, or professional services. If tax or legal advice is required, please consult a professional tax or legal advisor.
USANA Income Disclaimer
$85,000 is the average annual income for established, full-time USANA Associates. $23,300 is the average annual income for Associates who earn as little as one commission check a month. Total includes all earnings from the compensation plan, Leadership Bonus, and contests and incentives. Calculations based on earnings between February 2008 and January 2009. Figures should not be considered as guarantees or projections of actual earnings, which result only from consistent, successful sales efforts.
To be considered in a rank's earnings, Associates must have earned checks at a median rank for at least 16 weeks. According to results from an in-house survey taken between 2004 and 2006, the primary reason 17% of USANA independent business owners join the company is to improve their financial future. 21% of that group earns a check at least once a month. Of those whose primary reason is to earn enough to replace a full-time income, 41% have been Associates for at least one year and 56% are full-time Gold Directors and above.
The number of Gold Directors and above who have maxed at least 1 Business Center during the year equals less than 1% of all Associates. Those earning as little as one check a month equal approximately 3% of all Associates. The average annual income for all 158,934 USANA Associates, including those who are brand new or who are not actively building a business, is $618.55, with nearly one in three earning a check. To date, USANA has more than 130 Million Dollar Club members.
